Please note, that refunds for the returned tickets are debited to your account during 24 hours after the departure of the last route from your order.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that you abide with the rules and regulations of the chosen Supplier for chosen products/services. You understand and agree that any violation of Supplier's rules and regulations may result in cancellation of your order, in the denial to grant you access to the applicable services, in forfeiting any monies, paid for services, and in debiting your account for any expenses we incur as a result of that violation.

It is clearly understood that BusEurope.eu cannot be held responsible for any losses and damages, and inconveniences (including, but not limited by, any and all delays, cancellations and missed connections) or other concerns related to your purchase or attempt to purchase any products or services that was made available or disclosed through BusEurope.eu website. Furthermore we will not be liable for any mistakes or incorrectness as to conditions and prices with respect to any and all bus tickets or any other product or service sold on the BusEurope.eu website. All products and services stated prices are subject to change without prior notice.

BusEurope.eu is not liable for damages or losses that may result from travel to different destinations. You agree that your access to products and services and booking information available though the BusEurope.eu website is at your own risk, and BusEurope.eu will have no liability with respect to the acts, omissions, errors, representations, warranties, breaches or negligence of any Supplier, including, without limitation, any travel provider, and/or for any personal injuries, death, property damage, or other damages or expenses resulting from your use or access to any Supplier or any Supplier’s products and services.

While making purchases though the BusEurope.eu website, you will need to provide certain information required for traveling, including your name, document ID number, valid email address, and the names of the passengers traveling with you. When choosing one of the possible options for traveling to the chosen destination, you will be able to see details of the trip provided by the chosen Supplier, including, but not limited to return policy, applicable discounts, level of service. You also must provide us with your valid payment information, including credit card numbers and expiration dates ( further on referred to us “Data”).You must provide current Data for every purchase. You may only make purchases via the BusEurope.eu website if you warrant that you are not younger than 16 years old and are older than the age of legal majority in the jurisdiction where you reside. You agree to pay in full the prices and any applicable taxes for any purchases you make either by credit or debit card or other permitted payment method. If payment is not received by us from your credit or debit card issuer, you agree to pay all amounts due upon demand by us. BusEurope.eu reserves the right to block the use of debit cards for purchase in its sole discretion. Except for certain payment card transaction fees that BusEurope.eu may be responsible for directly to your payment card issuer, you are responsible for any fees or charges that your bank, credit card or debit card issuer may apply.

For example, these Suppliers will need each traveler’s name and age group for identification purposes and to verify that each ticket is being used in accordance with that Supplier’s terms and conditions. Our collection of and disclosure to our Suppliers of your Data is a required part of your transaction, and you agree by engaging in such transactions on the website to such collection and disclosure.

We do not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 16, and require that those making purchases on the website be 16 years of age or older than the age of legal majority in the jurisdiction where they reside. We do not provide this information to our Suppliers for their direct marketing purposes, and to the best of our knowledge and belief, our Suppliers do not use the personal information we provide to them for reasons other than completing your travel-related transaction.

If you enter our Site from the site of one of our marketing or referral partners, our system may recognize the path you have taken. Once you have left a partner’s site and/or begin the purchase transaction on our Site, those partners do not have access to the personal information you provide. Such information is treated as Data in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
